之前拍完《致我們終將逝去的青春》後，趙薇被媒體發現，體態有逐漸發胖的趨勢，還一度被懷疑有了第二胎，外界的毒舌評論，讓趙薇下定決心減肥。昨天(24日)一早，她在微博曬出三張自拍照，照片中的她已經化妝完畢，還擦上鮮艷的紅色唇膏，外型看來明豔動人，而原本略有發胖的身材，也恢復了不少，下巴也變尖了，看起來減肥成果顯著。

三張美麗的最新照片一放上微博，立刻吸引上百名網友評論轉貼，有網友心疼她過去因發福遭受批評，直說：「不管胖瘦，健康就好，愛妳」，也有不少網友大讚瘦下來的他氣色變好，直呼美麗又好看。
