反觀另一參與轉台王單元的藝人嚴立婷，受網友青睞，除總票數僅次於沈玉琳位居第二外，她酷酷外表下所展現的親和力，讓她一舉在7日榮登微博熱搜榜第一名，截至目前為止有7萬網友熱搜。嚴立婷也在微博上貼文感謝網友支持說：「廢話，女漢子真心謝謝大家！更要感謝康熙來了給我這機會。」
