國科會舉辦的「創新創業激勵計畫」第二梯次開課，總計有40個團隊入圍，包括大專院校與中研院等研單位，邀請企業擔任業師協助團隊解決各種創業問題，最終入選的隊伍還可以獲得200萬元的創業獎金，今天上午舉行開業式，榮譽教務長、智榮基金會董事長施振榮以「從王道談創新創業價值」為題演講，他指出，自己喜歡賭，但不喜歡「十賭九輸」的金錢賭博，但創業是無中生有，不管過程遭遇什麼困難，賭久會越來越有贏的機會。

施振榮還鼓勵台下的創業者，把眼光放在華人地區，這是市場比台灣大很多，應該致力於發展華人的優質生活應用創新，他舉例，蘋果就是從科技的創新進入到人文創新，「UserFriendly」這跟自己的王道理念很類似，唯有更貼近使用者，才能創造利益。
