桃園：被電子工廠開除的男子黃茂棋失業不敢讓家人知道，每天仍裝作正常上班，其實是到工地打零工。因收入不穩，他竟騎機車犯下至少4起搶案，專挑夜歸落單婦女下手。9日他騎車在桃園市找作案目標，不慎闖紅燈被攔，意外被查獲連續搶奪犯行。
